You can hardly resist the charm of the Italians and would love to come back. However, we have to say that the outside seating is not the most comfortable and the price-performance ratio is not 100% correct.

We come to Lorrach about twice each year and usually try to come here for dinner or lunch. Pizza is very good, house wines are alsk good and generous glass that's not too expensive and service is better than some of the other reviewers have indicated. We have come here more than once wiithout reservations and they were able to sit us. Tip: if you are in Lorrach on Saturday night, no matter where you plan to eat, make reservations the day before or the Baslers will take all the tables!

Very very good Italian restaurant. It has a good choice of Italian dishes, enough close to the original ones. The prices are affordable (a tagliata di manzo costs 27 euro), and the wine very good (try the grappa barricata after the dessert). In the summer it is nice to seat outside. The staff is gentle, so please leave tips. The gelateria in front belongs to the same owner.

This nice Italian restaurant in the centre of Lörach serves the best veal I hat in years. The interior is not the most cosy, but it nice enough. The staff tried to be helpful, but they only spoke Italian (mind you, this is Germany). But for communication they refer you to the owner who speaks German well. I had my first asparagus for this season here and I have to say, what start it was. The simple combination with a good juicy peace of veal was worthwhile. Only the sauce hollandaise which the luckily put separately next to the dish was not good. It didn't matter, because I anyway didn't eat it. Also the wine was very good and readable priced. All in all, a very good dinner and worth to return.

The dessert is delicious with ice water, Snowboarding, canoeing If you have enough funds, But the funny thing was that the waiters were Italians. It was not written in Italian restaurant. The restaurant is located on a busy square, it is very inviting although it is not so modern. The service was okay, you were polite and friendly at the same time with a certain Italian charm. However, you would get five stars if you did not just send waiting guests away, but invited you to a drink at the bar. The food was at a high level, although the price range is also at this level. Nevertheless, I would recommend it to anyone who is in Lörrach and wants to experience a culinary experience with Italian charm.
